The VRC World website has undergone a major style change. The new design made the website both more appealing and much more efficient and user-friendly. As you know VRC World features a very rich information environment where racing data and social networking information are intuitively combined so you can keep track of your own racing development and that of others. But even amidst all this elaborate information you will know exactly when, where and how well your friends are racing, with just two clicks. Or if you want to learn about car setup, specific driving techniques or about the hobby in general, all will be within a click’s reach. We have also re-designed the ranking section. The renewed rankings section allows you to know exactly and immediately who the best (overall and class specific) VRC Pro racers are in the world, from your country, club network or friends network. This also means you will be competing at your own level! Just choose the class you know to drive best and start competing with your friends or your fellow VRC Pro Club racers before you focus on national or even international competition. And while you’re racing you will be earning VRC dollars (i.e. vMiles or prize money) which you can use to buy lots of new stuff! Among the things you can buy are countless components like engines, pipes, wheels and chassis which you can use to tune your car or cool accessories to customize your pit table! Quite literally, VRC Pro pays off. We have also greatly improved the thumbnail images quality for photo sharing by using cropping and smoothening techniques. At the moment, we focus on finishing the last few remaining designs and then the website is ready for alpha test.
